Mr. Turkmen is a serial entrepreneur and blockchain-evangelist, Co-founder and CSO of Trriple Payments, with over eighteen years of management consulting, corporate finance and private equity experience.

Mr Turkmen is also a Managing Partner and Co-founder at TAKtical International Group of companies. Prior to establishing TAKtical International, Mr. Turkmen was Vice President at Kingdom Venture Partners, a Dubai-based Private Equity/Venture Capital firm and an investment management house which managed funds in excess of $1 Billion with investments across technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and real estate industries.

Formerly a Business Development Associate at The Intrac Group, an Asset Management and Alternative Finance firm in New York, Mr Turkmen has assisted Fortune 500 companies, multi-national corporations and foreign governments by structuring alternative capital and creative financing solutions, booking in excess of $120 Million in contract value during his tenure. Prior to joining The Intrac Group, Mr. Turkmen was a Management Consultant at Booz.Allen & Hamilton in New York and the Middle East, assisting leading communications, media and technology companies around the world.

Mr. Turkmen is a Cum Laude graduate of Yale University with a BA in Economics. He has served on the Board of International Cooperation Platform since 2010 and is tasked with advising Turkish Government on the subject of cooperation among young leaders in the Middle East. Mr. Turkmen is a Turkish citizen and in addition to his native Turkish, is fluent in English, proficient in French and a beginner in Arabic.
